Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead to spearhead quality assurance activities for a national-level Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) program. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the quality, scalability, and reliability of public-facing digital platforms that impact millions of citizens. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in leading comprehensive QA efforts across web, mobile, and API platforms, with deep experience in functional testing, automation, and performance testing.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end testing efforts for large-scale DPI systems spanning API, Web, and Mobile platforms.
  • Define and implement the overall QA strategy including manual, automated, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, DevOps, and security teams to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Develop, review, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
  • Establish and maintain robust CI/CD integrated test automation frameworks using modern tools.
  • Oversee performance testing efforts to ensure systems can scale under real-world usage.
  • Track and report quality metrics, bugs, and test coverage; advocate for resolution of critical issues.
  • Mentor and guide a team of QA engineers; manage resource planning and task allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and regulatory standards for public platforms.
