Designation: Account Manager or Senior Account Manager
Experience: Range 6-8 years
Job Summary: Existing Business Mining, Opportunity generation from known clients, client relations
Key Responsibilities
Drive Business Development activities, Business growth with existing accounts
Farm and generate new business from aligned clients
Understand the offerings and USP of Qualitrix
Build and develop account plan for mining
Handle multiple clients simultaneously including negotiation with large enterprise clients
Map and build relationships with key customer stakeholders
Handle all operational activities inlcuding contractul and invoicing
Coordinate with pre-sales and delivery team for proposal and pre-sales activities
Build and maintain adequate pipeline to meet quarterly targets
Deal and account margin management and tracking
Flexibility to travel within india atleast twice a month
Ability to operate remotely and work with distributed teams
Skillset & Experience Required
Proven track record of working and achieving targets by mining aligned accounts
Should have expanded deals to the size >USD 130K (1Cr.)
Experience in handling multiple mid-large size firms in this space (~ USD 100M+ revenue sized firms) simultaneously
Ability to understand Qualitrix offerings & USP, and explain it to prospects – understand the products or services, their features, benefits and pricing details
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficient in MS office – Excel, powerpoint and word
Experience in making proposals, pricing
Conduct client meetings and presentations
Understand QA process and tools, experience in IT services and product b/g
Ability to laise with internal stakeholders including recruitment team for fulfilment of opportunity
