Location: Delhi, work from office 

Job Description:

Test Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
• Execute functional tests, identify defects, and work with the team to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and provide recommendations for process improvement.

QA Process Setup and Improvement:

• Establish and enhance quality assurance processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Define and implement testing standards and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Identify areas for improvement in the QA process and propose solutions to optimize testing activities.

Leadership and Management:

• Lead a team of functional testers and coordinate their activities to achieve project goals.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and development teams to align testing efforts with project timelines and objectives.

Test Automation (Good to have):

• Assess the feasibility and benefits of test automation for relevant projects.
• Collaborate with the automation team to design and develop automated test scripts.
• Monitor and maintain automated test suites to ensure their effectiveness and reliability.
