We are looking for an experienced Automation Architect to join our Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE). This role will lead the design, implementation, and scaling of test automation strategies across teams and projects, ensuring high-quality and efficient product delivery.
Define and implement enterprise-wide QA strategies and standards
Architect test automation frameworks for UI, API, and microservices-based systems
Drive shift-left testing, CI/CD integration, and DevTestOps adoption
Recommend tools for automation, performance, and security testing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable test solutions
Mentor QA engineers and promote quality practices across teams
Monitor quality metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee test environments, test data, and release quality governance
